Lagunitas Hop Stoopid Ale: moderately hopped, nice pine, citrus, and floral tones, mild malt and caramel backbone, but overall excellent balance and drinkability ; a very good IPA

Name doesn't lie. Enjoyed the balance. Nice bitter taste but not over powering.

Insanely hopped but still balanced. What a great beer.

Light golden color. Quite bubbly with a small head. Fresh hoppy smell. Slightly sweet, fresh hoppy flavor with a hint of citrus. Nice hoppy-sweet aftertaste.

Pure nectar of the pine hop gods.

Pours with a nice off-white head and a piney aroma. Very hoppy but smooth and well balanced with a nice malty middle. Pleasant aftertaste. A well made IPA.

Citra hop nose, light but still strong bitter taste, the hops really come through and settle in the back of the throat and sides of the mouth. Delicious.

Like chewing in hops. A bit course and only for hop lovers. All others need not apply.
