Sour citrus aroma. Cloudy amber color. First sip is a blast of hops - too much - that quickly fades into a slight sweetness but leaves a lingering bitterness. The bitterness mellows a little as it goes. Not horrible but hoppier than I like.

A lot of hops if your a fan of ipa you will enjoy this.

Hoppy, a bit too hop-forward for a barleywine. The malt backbone isn't pronounced enough to balance, and the "caramel candy" gets subsumed by the long-lasting hops. Still, if you're a hophead, you'll enjoy this brew.

A bit bitter for me, nice finish. Chris Fox liked it.

Very hoppy for a barlywine. Great flavor hides high alcohol well.
