cgiron - January 7, 2012Reddish amber in color poured into globe glass. Produces a one finger off-white head and mild lacing.
Aromas of dark fruit, roasted malt and bread.
Flavors include spicy roasted malts, less dark fruit than nose advertised and a hoppy back end with a dry bitter finish.
Medium bodied with mild carbonation.
Good but not great beer. Fairly well-balanced. Glad I tasted it but am unlikely to pursue again.
