Very different. Can taste the cucumber and the hibiscus is strong in the after taste. Everyone I'm with didnt like it, but it's not bad.

Interesting, unique, creative, etc. it tastes like the label states: cucumber & hibiscus, with a touch of bitter hops on the finish. Try it for it's uniqueness.

As most other reviewers have stated, this one is odd, and not derivable in any way. I have to admit, to finish the bottle, I had to chug it down to get it finished (a Yorkshireman never wastes beer). Having said that, a day later, I'm beginning to get a yearning to try another. Could this be a taste that becomes acquired over time?

Very refreshing, but wouldn't want more than 2, even on a blazing hot night

Points for creativity and uniqueness. But after a few sips I was done. I felt like I was drinking cucumber water that someone spike with some hibiscus syrup. I would recommend a taste for its ingenuity. But after that, move on...

At odds with what most others seem to think I actually found Hicu to be refreshing and unique. By no means is this an all the time beer - nor do you need even more than one or two - but it's nice for a change of pace.
