Jrriley - May 25, 2014Not as much head as a typical hefe and a fainter than normal nose. However, superbly balanced, spicier cloves might come through ahead and this might be just a bit sweeter than a pure Bavarian hefe but this is still a GREAT example of the style. Probably the best hefe I've had by an American brewery and on par with the best German ones.
