Yuk. Nasty over-flavoured brew.

Really good Belgium Ale. Still prefer Chimay Blue, or Piraat.

God, thank you for giving us Belgium. An excellent quad with some typical and some atypical quad aspects. Sweet. More carbonated than other quads. Gulden Draak, as audiences at home may know, really goes for the bubbles with their beers. But I like the carbonations balance with the quad sweet mellowness. There is a little yeastiness in here that, if you taste the beer from one angle, makes you almost think it is half tripel or saison. I would not ID it as a quad in a blind taste test. But I would identify it as fit for a golden dragon, or any human that likes good (Belgian) beer. Four to four and a half stars.

On draft at Yard House. YES. This gives beer a good name.

Very caramely and rich after aging in my cellar for 2.5 years.

My favorite beer, hands down.

Honey brown color. Easy taste dark fruit smell. Average 07/29/16

Packed full of flavor. Finishes with a little funk. As good as it is, one in a lifetime is probably enough. Not one of my favs.

Nice Belgian quad. Lightly fruity. Bit of an aftertaste, only drawback.
