speedtrippn31 - October 17, 2016Fantastic brown beer. When I looked at the bottle more closely after trying the beer, I was surprised by the high 10.5 abv. It is sweet but not burnt tasting. If you like trappist style beers and you like browns, you won't be disappointed.

dkrenik - October 3, 2013Deep dark brown - opaque. Tan head that lingers. Malty, plummy, chocolate aromas. Big on palate. Alcohol is just a little hot. Modest carbonation and full bodied. I think more carbonation would've helped this brew. Too malty sweet for me.

nicole.fougerousse@gmail.com - July 3, 2013Not bad for a dark beer, but I'm not a huge fan of dark beers!

Katherine 95616 - May 4, 2013Belgian-style quad tasting at The Davis Beer Shoppe. This one is the best of the lot.
