Great Doppelbock from this Brossard brewery. Loads of sweet chocolatey malt, sweet soy sauce like flavourd come through. No hops to note. Mid to full mouthfeel.

Excellent malty nose with a biscuity yet grassy taste. Excellent!

Very fruity and almost sickeningly sweet. Not a good example of the style.
