Light ale. Slight bitterness. No sweetness as one would expect with maple syrup brewing.

A very nice saison made with maple syrup. Very happy with the attention to craft and subtlety in this beer.

Deep golden colour medium body. Some hop flavour a very slight hint of maple in the background but not sweet at all. Zero temptation to pour over pancakes.

Decent ale. Bit of a bitter aftertaste. Unable to taste maple overtones.
