Giselle said that it smells like salt and tasted like champagne. A sour flavor at the front on top of noble hop bitterness. Leaves a pleasant viscous feeling at the mid palate. Or mid tongue. It tastes yellow. Like a golden wheat yellow which it is. The salt is kind of noticeable but I'm not getting the coriander.
