ekbennett - July 27, 2013I love ginger, but the taste comes up short and flat for me. A good effort at combining a traditional beer (malted barley, hops, and yeast) with ginger, but it's not for me. I much prefer a true alcoholic ginger brew like Crabbie's that does not have hops.
