Cellar Dweller - June 24, 2017Great example of what a witbier should be. Pale, hazy yellow with a thin white head. Light funky, yeasty, breads scent with a faint hint of orange zest and coriander. Tastes lightly of the funky yeast with a short blast of orange zest and coriander. The aftertaste is a yeasty sweetness just shy of bubblegum. Tighthead continues to impress me. Their regular release beers are outstanding!
