Pours cloudy burnt amber with thin lite tan head. Thick rich sweet aroma with hints of toffee. Feels thick with a malty flavor and an interesting complex finish that is somewhat strange.

Pours a light copper with a slight white creamy head of poor retention and negligible lacing. Aroma is predominantly toffee malty up front but this dissipates quickly into a grassier aroma. Taste wise, it begins sweetly but starts drying out in the middle, with a grassy and earthy finish. The dryness doesn't longer long though some remnant of the quinoa remains and is a touch odd. Quite light bodied however, if tingly in moderate carbonation. Certainly good for a gluten free variety, but has an off-putting aftertaste that distinguishes it from real beer!
