If it's really malt liquor it's the best I've ever had

728: The German Hobo Malt Liquor, by Dark Horse. 9.5% ABV. I drank more than my share of malt liquor(Colt .45, Mickey). It definitely wasn't at all about class. It was cheap and it did the trick I was looking for pretty quickly. So when I seen this I had to give it a try. The pour is a darker copper. The aroma is very grainy and sweet up front. There is a light fruitiness and a hint of some caramel malts. The flavor is interesting. There is a sharp alcohol up front, before it rolls into a sweet malt that lets you know this is for sure a malt liquor. The mouth feel is thin syrupy feel. The aftertaste is lingeringly sweet malt. First couple of sips I really didn't care for it but as it warned it was much more enjoyable. 3 ⭐️
