Really nice carb, frothy tiny bubbles, almost creamy, aroma is bursting with peaches, apricots, any and all stone fruit, super light funk, a hint of nail polish, bracing myself for an acid bomb, at first sip its surprisingly soft on the palate, peach juice, and then the acidity smacks on the back end. It?s still a somewhat balanced acidity. Not overwhelming or off, but I definitely wish it was lighter. The base beer is terrific, the peaches are intense, but the acid detracts and only makes this a one and done for me. Still definitely worth a try if you can get it. Within the top 3 peach wilds I?ve tried.
