moceanu185 - October 31, 2016At first it smells like fresh apple cider. Then the brett fermentation starts to take form with a slightly sour pumpkin note. Sweet tart flavors up front followed by clove and coriander. A bit of a doughy butter finish. Sometimes it comes off a little metallic
