6000 year old recipe! This beer isn't something you pull out of the fridge and plan to drink with your buddies. This beer is a traditional as it gets. In Neolithic times clean water was hard to find and hard to store. An alternative to water was....ale! Children, women, the old, and the sick drank ale all day. This is the beer (ale) common place from 6000 BC to about 1400 AD. Historically this beer is great, as for a craft beer...it's super bland.

Golden body with a creamy white head, dissipates slowly leaving lace on the glass.
Floral hops dominate the aroma, with pale malt, biscuit malt and hints of mint or other herbs.
Crisp mouthfeel, floral and herbal hops, mint, chamomile. Dry finish. Bitterness underlies the malt. Hints of honey linger and build.

Lots of fermentation character - both esters and phenol without being as in your face as something like the ester profile of a heffe.

A nice full bodied, earthy malt with a dry finish. Dry finish. Surprised they were making beer this good since 2000 BC.
