Stout Fellow - May 6, 201212 oz bottle; 5 May 2012. Classic citrus and hops medley, with piny redolence and a rich texture. Just shy of Ithaca's Flower Power.
Brewmetheus - April 12, 2012Centennial!! What more can be said? This brew showcases the Centennial hop varietal better than any other I've yet tried, and still manages to remain fairly balanced.
This particular IPA is not excessively bitter, yet the hop aroma/flavor is very pronounced, and delightfully so. I therefore think it's a good choice when trying to convince the unenlightened of the transcendent glory of the hop!
