3/5 for my list but 4/5 for the beer style. Anything claiming to be spiced that deviates from expectations is playing the game right. Too much bitter to feel balanced, but the bitterness does indeed remind you of organic non-hop-bitter edibles, which is cool and more original.

This has very subtle spice notes for a winter warmer. I found it to be quite light and refreshing.
