dkrenik - June 16, 2016Foamy, ivory head that lingers. Hazy, nearly opaque, nut brown color. Malty aromas buttressed with peat. Malty with notes of dried dark skinned fruit. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. This is one fine brew.
dkrenik - February 10, 2016Clear, tawny color with modest head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of roasted malt and peat are featured on the nose. Medium-full bodied with light carbonation, sweet malt and dark skinned fruit come through on the palate.
Pretty good Scotch ale and I'd have it again.
jdrapier2 - April 12, 2015Dark beer, can taste the smoked Pete from the scotch barrel. Not over powering. 9.2% alc. goes great with creamy dill type favors.
