Very light, good summer brew. Well balanced hops and carbonation. Good mellow summer session brew.

Well balanced kölsch. Color is a pilsner yellow with a soft white head. Aroma is a soft hops with a sweet fruitiness. The taste is an excellent balance of clean water, cereals, hops, and carbonation. 3 of 5 stars.

Simple, light, and refreshing. It was crisp, but not as sharp as other kolsch brews I've had, definitely good for a hot summer day.

Not everyone's favorite, but it's one of mine. This beer is designed for a Houston summer day and it resoundingly meets this goal.
