Not what I expected for a farmhouse saison, though perhaps that hint was in the darker label Very good, drinkable, but not super memorable for me. Medium bodied, roasty malt, a little sweet

Definitely not your traditional farmhouse/saison.. Dark as night...A blend of roasted malt mixed with bitter/sweetness from fruit and the belgian yeast.. Strange yet unique beer.. Worth a try just not a session saison.. Big ABV which u cannot taste... 3.5 stars, gets a bit of a higher rating for the originality ...

Cream colored head dissipates quickly. Dark, mahogany brown. Abundant fruit in the nose. Palate dominated by fruit and supported by malt and just a touch of tartness. Medium bodied with plenty of carbonation. I like this one.
