Nice rich dark golden color with a minor whiteish Head, thick. Nice bitterness but not too bitter malt present or maybe it?s the barley. It?s good a little different then a typical IPA strong taste full bodied don?t really think organic matters but hey maybe it?s healthier ??

Love this. A tad pricey but don't mind as I don't intend to make this my everyday beer. Just a special occasion. The up front hops are so fresh and the smell is delightful. The taste switches from hoppy to malty but smooth from start to finish. 4 stars. Note: I tried the 2014 version.

Mad delicious. Minus half star for low abv/high price. Floral, perfect balance in hops. Very crisp and clean.

Absolutely delicious, but the ABV is a tad low in comparison to others in that price range. Regardless, this beer is extremely fresh and very smooth. I'd expect nothing less from Sierra Nevada!
