A straw colored brew that is more Hefeweizen than Marzen?Thankfully I don?t detect any cloves as the description at Total wine says?because I have an aversion to it?but the malt is there but not a real Marzen and not as good as Gordon Biersch or Sam Adams.

Nice hazy golden appearance full body, very malty. Easy to drink and very enjoyable ðŸ‘ðŸ»

Not bad, but a little fruity for an oktoberfest

10/8/15 - 12 oz bottle into pint glass. Pours a hazy yellow with a nice white frothy head. Wheat, yeast and faint banana aroma. Taste is spicy, wheat, fruit and grain. Lots of carbonation, light mouthfeel. Good beer, light and crisp. I would have it again.

A little light for an Oktoberfest in my book. Flavor is crisp and smooth.

Actually 5.7 alc

Really resembles Weihenstephaner's odd Oktoberfest. Better if Erdinger sticks to their incredible Weizens.
