It's not bad but not great. The aftertaste lingers a little too long but the flavor profile is ok.

There's nothing else like this, piney/citrus hops, light funk/tartness, pink peppercorn, floral, light bitterness, I love their beers

Unique in that I haven't had a cedar aged beer before. The cedar and Brett shine through in the nose and flavor.

One of my new favs. Cedar taste, spicy, bubbly. Yum :)

Hazy orangish amber. Big white head. Tiny hint of cedar on the nose, but it's hard to decipher on the palate. Coy says it's high brett, so that's the funky part I'm tasting. It's not quite sour or tart, just brett. It does meld really well, hard to pick out the hop component, etc. just a little too funky to be better for me. Coy really likes it, though.

Batch 2 from Jan 2013. Pours light goldish with a 1.5 finger head. Hazy appearance. Getting a sweet hop aroma with a little funk. Tastes sweet as hell with a little bit of lemon along with the Brett. Interesting beer! I'd definitely buy another. Very solid!
