Not my favorite style. Crisp but rather Pilsner like.

11/29/15 - 12 oz glass into a Pilsner glass. Pours a straw yellow/honey color that is slightly cloudy but very clear for a Wit. Almost no head but carbonation is very lively and mouthfeel is light. Aroma is coriander, orange, wheat and yeast. Taste is citrus, bready, yeasty and very smooth and crisp.
