Mmm. Delicious. Beautiful, bubbly head that dissipates gradually with some nice lacing. Nose is sweet, citrus, apple and hints of Belgian yeast. The taste, though, is truly impeccable. Pale malts, citrus, Belgian yeast, and a bit of alcohol bite make this beer a delicious concoction resembling champagne. Easily one of, if not the best Belgian pale ales I've ever had.

I mean... Look.
I like hoppy beers. I like imperial stouts. This though is an incredibly crisp, clean, smooth, pilsner.
When I want something to sip on- can 't beat it

Very fine head, small bubbles, silky foam.
Sour smell with hoppy afterthought.
First sip, fizz bites on the sides of the tongue. A hint of sweetness with enjoyable hoppy bitter caramelized after taste. Within 5-8 sips, ABV of 8.5% is justified.
Excellent beer.
