Appearance is dark and thick, the color and consistency of quality apple cider. Nose is fruity and a bit musty. Viscous, heavy carbonation with tiny bubbles. Initial mild sweetness is followed by a bracing bitterness that lingers on the tongue, and just a hint of alcohol warmth.

While the malt may slightly overpower the hops, the hops are certainly evident. A wonderfully tasty treat.
