Dragon's Milk is one of my favorite beers, and especially my favorite bourbon barrel variety.
Well, New Holland has begun releasing special editions of Dragon's Milk. This particular one, with raspberries, is quite excellent. The nose is pleasantly fruity, and the flavor is equally so. The malt chocolate tones which dominate the original Dragon's Milk blend superbly with the raspberries. It reminds me of eating a gourmet fruit & chocolate bar.
I absolutely love this variant and it definitely makes me want to try the other versions of Dragon's Milk.
