Very good bourbon stout. At 11%, it's still smooth. 12/2/2017

Perfect mix of vanilla, bourbon, and oak. Great beer!

As I've continued my exploration of craft beers I decided to give this one another try. I'm hooked! Love this one now!

Only gets better with age! Tonight I opened a bottle that I put away in 2014. It had chocolate and dried fruit on the nose. Strong syrupy flavors or fig and Mexican hot chocolate lingered on my tongue for a long time. As it warmed a bit of caramel also joined the party that was going on in my mouth. This is an easy to find beer that is great fresh but cellars fantastically

A delicious brew indeed. I am not that big of a beer enthusiasts but I know this beer should be higher on the 100 top beers list. It's got the right amount of alcohol content and that bourbon barrel taste, milky smooth and will get you turnt up!

I had one of these a couple of years ago and was not impressed. Bought some in 2017, and it's like a whole 'nother beer! Still has a nice bourbon burn up front, but there's a nice maltiness mixed with a pleasant hoppy aftertaste.
