03JUL12, Flying Saucer, Nashville, TN Smooth malt flavor, kinda oakey-chocolate that hides most of the bitterness. Has a smooth mouthfeel, but is still something kinda heavy.

Rich but not cloying. Malty flavorfulness dodges analogous description, but hits the spot. Exceptionally smooth texture. Right up there.
