Dont think the picture is of the correct beer. What is correct is whats inside the can. A very good dubbel. Exactly what you want in this beer type. Hearty and Belgiumy. Dark color. Dont let it get overly warm, room temp. Still good but past its peak. Ale Asylum knows how to do Belgians! After a few more Diablos: strange thing about this beer, somewhat implied by the above: it tastes better for the first half of the can. Is that due to it being cold? (If a beer of this type gets worse as it warms, that suggests its revealing imperfections.) Or does it lose its punch and allure after initial impressions? I think its a little if both. And the overly thin body does not help. Downgrading half a star.
