Rather overpowering flavour, that belgian beers sometimes seem to go for. Managed to overcome my 'eugh, nasty medicine' initial reaction, and finished the drink.

Nice tasting with a slight cloudy look. Very smooth for the high alcohol content. Found it at Costco in 1 pint 9.4 ounce bottle for around $4.60. Great price!

Clear straw color with Belgian lace head that lingers. Maybe an off bottle with a touch of diecetyl with orange aromas. Modest hop and spice character. Medium bodied with abundant carbonation. Not a bad beer and not quite what a strong blonde ale should be.

Decent head light mouthfeel light and champagne like but not sweet not dry no aftertaste clear - great of you want a thick summer brew
