A little skunky, everlasting white meringue head, Belgian yeast, honey, pepper and citrus, tasty but a lot like the other reviews, the lasting bitterness on the finish takes away from the experience, glad I got to try it though.

Bitterness lasts way too long. Their Teve is Soooo much better and has a much fuller flavor. If not for the lingering aftertaste, this would be a good beer. Too bad

Starts with a honey smell, like a thick mead. Pours cloudy with a tonne (as per the Brits) of head. Taste follows the smell, sweet at first but with a dry finish. Nice.

Draft, tulip
Pours a clear light straw color with over a finger of white head. Has a citrusy farmhouse aroma that is quite refreshing, like a light summer breeze blowing across a wind-swept wheat field. After letting it warm a bit, the flavor is initially straight sweetness then immediately the yeastiness comes through and the full farm comes to the front. Its dry yeast is offset nicely by the beginning sweetness, then the dry finish lets some dryness vacate to leave a mellower finish. It's something I'd drink again. Mouthfeel is surprisingly creamy.

Mildly bitter. Funky in a hard to describe way. Very dry. Bitterness lingers looooong.
