I expected a lot more flavor out of a 7.6% IPA. It seems a little flat too, the head was poor with poor retention. The nose has a little bit of citrusy hop, it's pretty light bodied, and the malt base reminds me of optimator doppelbock. A little bit of teriyaki flavor. Finish is mild and short. Very drinkable, but doesn't meet expectations. Also, note that this is really a lager. Tastes a lot like a doppelbock.

Drinking after a few beers, but it's amazing. So balanced and delicious and flavorful. Dark and full bodied. Good hop flavor.

Malty and chocolate up front and some caramel middle and an ipa hippy finish. Well done

Quite the beer and one unique depiction of an IPA. This beer has it all: sweet, bitter, roast, bite, citrus, creaminess, and foremost hoppiness.

A surprisingly good one that I put off tasting for some time. Very smooth and sweet, with just a hint of bitterness. I liked this one much more than I expected to.
