jaywill1323 - December 5, 2013Jet black in color with zero head and roasted coffee aromas. Thick and viscous a velvety mouthfeel with melted dark chocolate notes and a bitter black coffee finish. Balanced and hides the high abv well. Dessert in a glass!
MSWeidner - December 1, 2013Very smooth, and not terribly heavy for 9.3 abv. Alcohol is not noticeable. Not overly chocolatey, but it's there.
trained moose - November 16, 2013Loved this. Got it from Total Wine in DE at their growler station so it was basically from a tap. Not as dry as your typical porter. Chocolate notes with a coffee like finish. Smooth as hell for the alcohol content.
