Draft, 10oz open snifter
Pours a crystal clear straw color with no head. Barely a faint ring of head. Aroma is crisp bitter citrus. Once it warms, the flavor has a hint of sweetness up front but is strongly quelled by a grapefruit hop characteristic. It mellows and blends and plays smoothly on the tongue. It maintains a bitter characteristic which contrasts with the beginning. It's enjoyable.
