Pours copper from the bottle into a pint glass. Not much of a head. Low to moderate carbonation. No lacing. Smell: baked bread, toffee. Taste: sweet baked bread, dark caramel/toffee. Finishes dry, but not excessively light. The breadiness lingers. Moderate mouthfeel. Overall: a fantastic Irish Red!

Great Irish red. A very solid beer.
