Skotacus - June 7, 2016May be a newer recipe. 7% by volume now. Smooth ale with a sweet honey finish. Brewed with Michigan Hops and Honey. At first taste is a lighter hoppy flavor with a bit of sweetness from the honey. A few moments later there is a pleasant yet full honey sweetness that fades in almost replacing the hoppyness. The honey flavor becomes more more pronounced than the hopps but not overpowering. Can literally take 30 seconds to experience the full cycle of the flavor. Typically I do not prefer "flavored" ales however I highly recommend for someone looking to expand their pallet.

ProfessorJeff - May 4, 2015A lot of honey, so quite smooth. The hops and cherry (?) balance it. Overall, too much honey for my taste.
