LP1 - August 25, 2018Dark red and brown in color. Sour cherries. A bit like a sour. Not my favorite but good. Retried...crazy sour.
tomspalla - November 28, 2015Dark red brown in color with no head. Sour cherry and woody notes on the nose. Cherries, tannins, oak, sweetness at first and then fairly quickly puckering. Lemon and red wine then take over. The finish is dry but not nearly as palate drying as you may expect. A long cherry pie finish with a tart lemon and currant overtone linger long after your swallow.
