Dead Guy 23 - August 25, 2015Great beer. Not what I'm used to with an English ale. Good wake up on the tongue, but mellows with brown sugar and smoke. Like a brit came to a BBQ....
perfectum potus - July 24, 2013Solid ale. Tastes of molasses. not as strong as most English ales, but a good beer.
bbrew13 - January 30, 2013Would not classify as a true ESB. A good version with nice caramel color & flavor. Decent malt but needs a better balance on the palate. Would like a more toasty flavor. Could use a bit more fruit and hops on the finish

brubaker - October 6, 2012Not sure why this is not rated higher. It is one of the best beers I have ever had. Very malty and a nice sting. That's two ways.
