slightly smoky aroma. The first couple of sips seemed to have too strong a smoke flavor, almost assaulting. A few more sips in and the perceived smokey flavor became part of the overall flavor. Mostly
Malty and smokey with a conservative hop flavor. Little to no hop aroma. If I had tried just a couple of ounces of this I would give it a bad review. You really need to sit down to a glass to fully appreciate this beer.
