A light stout with a chocolate note. Not too heavy. Similar to Bohemia but with a chocolate flavor.

First brew from Clown Shoes. Definitely not disappointed. Really nice chocolate flavor and a nice subtle heat from the chile. This is a tasty brew.

Nice full flavor with hint of dark chocolate. After math with hints of chile peppers!

Silky smooth chocolate bomb with and while the ancho isn't prominent, it does leave a nice spicy tingle on your tongue. Delicious and a half.

Most chocolaty beer I have ever had

Had a hard time finding the ancho, but by the end I could taste the cumulative effect of the pepper. Not really hot, but noticeable.

Pours very dark with a deep tan to brown head. Cocoa nose. Pallet is dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee and Burt malt. Slightly sweet. Some hops at the top but overpowered by the cocoa..

Fine chocolate stout. Color is black licorice brown with a oatmeal brown head. The aroma is a definite chocolate malt with perhaps a roasted nuttiness. The taste is a strong chocolate with a only malted cereals; not much for hops. 3.5 of 5 stars.
