Not sure how this is getting three stars. This shit is fucking amazing, over. Pared with delicious hoisin ribs and Russian carrots. This is a complex beer with a nice body and a perfectly balanced chipotle flavor. Not your typical overpowered chili beer. Rouge brings it with this one.

This beer is awesome. Slight kick to it and great flavor.

A: lightly hazy. Little head and light lacing. T: sweet and amber with a smoky/spicy after taste. Delightful. S: light hop aroma and just a hint of chili. Just a hint. M: dry and crisp leaving room for that chili to coat your tongue. D: spice is the only thing stopping me from chugging this bomber. Notes: Ashton dislikes this beer.

Probably one of the better Pepper ales. Nice kick, but not over-powering

Too much bite for me. Great as a dare beer and I am sure that some would enjoy it. But I could barely finish one an it overpowered the rest of the drinks I had over the night
