On the heavier side and somewhat sweet. Minimal hop bitterness but a small amount of roasty malt bitterness. Has a boozy aroma but the flavor is very smooth with the alcohol balancing the heavy malts well. Candi and brown sugar flavors and maybe some licorice. Great.
