From the bottle - Flat carbonation, flat taste. I may have ended up with a bad batch. It was boozy, acrid, and the coffee flavor just seemed forced. Rather one-dimensional. My first disappointment from Dogfish. May have to try it again.

Primarily good stout flavors but complex undertones. Not a fan of stouts as I used to be but this one keeps them interesting.

Season 3 round 5, everything dogfish head is good, flavorful stout here

Darker, thin head. Definitely get the chicory coffee taste. Enjoyed it, but still prefer a Guiness

A decent stout - but that was the problem. I expected something special from Dogfish Head, and frankly this did not deliver. Plenty of more flavorful, robust stouts out there with far more unique flavor profiles.

Another example of dogfish head not needing 15 percent to make a complex and delicious beer. Desert island stout.

Had on Paddle @ MM. Has a kick!

Easy pour with little khaki head. Coffee aroma with intriguing sweet aroma-reminds me of cooked rhubarb. Medium body and slightly more bitter than expected. Overall very good stout.

Strong malted coffee aroma and taste with a thick body.
