Like a good red ale mixed with porter overtones.

Pours a cloudy amber. Hops, malt, barley and perfume nose. Bitter yet sweet. Taste like a cross between an amber and a barleywine if you can imagine that. Lots of peppery malt on the finish.

Bit hoppy for me, but a few sips in got better.

Smells like and first impression like an ipa but not overly hippy for a red ale. Very good

Sharp. Delicious and malty, but a definite beer worth checking out. Delicious.

Big hops plus smooth sweetness of an amber, great beer

Wouldn't seek it out.

An easy drinking beer considering how big it is. Subtle hops are balanced by the sweet malty notes.
