Dark amber color, scents of caramel and vanilla. Nice malty flavor, could use more hops. 10/2014 - had a growler, liked it better than in the bottle. Had plenty of hops - maybe this was fresher than from a bottle. Upgraded to 4 stars.

Impressed by yards. Not the biggest fan of their brewery- but very hoppy, with grapefruit taste, sweet (not overly) and 8%. Very well done
