Aroma is citrusy and banana. Thick mouth feel. Strong citrusy flavor at first which turns more orange towards the middle, then finishes with a slight banana taste right before a dry tart end. Leaves a spicey tingly aftertaste.

More amber than traditional weiss beers. A floral hoppy nose with sour undertones. Starts very bitter followed by a slow hint of sour. Good effervescent mouthfeel. Assertive brew; not easy to pair with food.
