Great blend of spice with ale. A great non-hoppy spice ale for holiday beer drinking

A fine Christmas Ale. Roasted malt, some hops, with a little sweetness; dark fruits mainly. Merry Christmas.

Dark brown, medium body. Hoppy, piney, spice flavor that has fruity notes, figs, raisens, pear. Good malt flavor too, toast, burnt caramel and toffee. It's the hop flavor that is stronger, strong alcohol taste too. Very good

12-26-15: Liked it. Good balance between hops and malt. Slight off taste on finish. Pretty good. I would have again.
